✦ 4 Quick Facts About Me

➤ Cross-Disciplinary by Nature

My background blends a foundation in product design and sociology, and as I pursue a Master’s in Strategic Design & Management at Parsons in New York, I bring a human-centered, systems-driven lens to my work. I'm interested in how strategy and creativity intersect to shape better futures.

➤ Where I’m Coming From

I have over 5 years of experience designing end-to-end product experiences across diverse domains, including AI, fintech, healthcare, enterprise SaaS, public services, as well as B2B and B2C markets.  I’ve worked at startups, consultancies, and large organizations, often taking the lead on projects from the ground up as a 0 to 1 designer.

➤ What Drives Me

I'm motivated by the challenge of making complex systems feel meaningful and intuitive. I care deeply about clarity, empathy, and impact. Design, for me, is a way to create experiences that truly resonate with people.

➤ How I Work Best

I thrive in open and collaborative teams where bold questions are welcome and the process matters as much as the outcome.
I’m dynamic yet grounded, driven by curiosity and a quiet urgency to keep pushing for better. I set high benchmarks for myself and never settle, always looking for what could be stronger, sharper, or more intentional.

I believe design must be exploratory, adaptive, and forward-looking, it helps teams navigate change with clarity and intention.

This mindset echoes the thinking of John Chris Jones, a key systems thinker and design theorist, who warned that rigid systems risk extinction in an ever-evolving world.

✦ What I Can Help You With

✦ My Practice

If design bridges gaps through communication, collaboration, and care. I strive to be the catalyst.

➤  Uncover human-centered insights using mixed research methods
➤  Identify opportunities for innovation, equity, and impact
➤  Prototype, test, and iterate through an agile, purpose-driven approach

01.
User Research & Strategy

+ Conduct in-depth research to uncover user needs, motivations, and behavior patterns.
+ Using interviews, journey mapping, and contextual inquiry, I help teams: surface root problems (not just symptoms), define clear project goals and working hypotheses, develop actionable design strategies aligned with business objectives

🔍  I often start with stakeholder alignment, then gather insights through research (or lean methods like guerrilla interviews when timelines are tight). This helps avoid designing in the dark.

02.
Design

With a foundation in product design, I create intuitive and accessible interfaces tailored to real-world needs across web, mobile, and even physical product experiences.

+ Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital and physical products, + Craft wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, + Map seamless user flows and interaction patterns, + Ensure end-to-end experiences feel smooth, consistent, and usable, + Iterate designs based on usability testing and feedback, + Designing interfaces that comply with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)

🎨  I ideate broadly, from lo-fi sketches to interactive mockups, helping teams test fast and move forward with clarity.

03.
Product Strategy & Consulting

I partner with stakeholders to shape vision, prioritize features, and balance constraints with creativity. This includes:
+ Defining MVPs and roadmaps, + Running alignment workshops to get everyone on the same page, + Balancing user needs with technical constraints and business requirements.

🧠  Interpret research findings and define success metrics ensuring the solution space is grounded in insight, not assumption.

04.
Usability Testing & Iteration

No design is perfect the first time, that’s why testing and iteration are key to my practice. I help teams: + Identify friction points early through usability testing, + Make evidence-based design decisions, + Run fast cycles of refinement based on both data and feedback

🔁  Tailor the fidelity of testing to the project stage, sometimes it’s a quick ad-hoc test; other times, a structured usability study.

✦ When I’m not designing...

You’ll likely find me wandering through museums, soaking in stories and perspectives. I’m an adventure enthusiast who thrives on the energy of the outdoors whether it’s hiking a new trail, trying a new sport, or planning my next travel escape. Experiencing new cultures and places expands my perspective and continuously fuels my creative practice.

I used to sketch, now I capture the world through photography. Self-taught with an eye for framing and light, all I need is my phone. After all, the best moments never wait.

When I’m not outdoors, I enjoy good movies and documentaries, building LEGO sets, and diving into the mysteries of the universe. I also find joy in mentoring early-career designers, sharing what I know, exchanging perspectives and staying connected to the community.

Creativity influences every part of my life. It fuels both how I work and how I see the world.
